Directions:
For Heat Therapy: Place wrap on a clean plate and microwave for 2 minutes, flipping halfway through. If more heat is needed, increase in 30-second intervals (max 3 minutes). Let it return to room temperature between uses.
For Cold Therapy: Seal in a Ziploc bag and freeze for at least 3 hours before use.
